Whereas the First-Year program sets your foundation in the Word, the Second-Year program builds upon it with courses aimed at teaching you to share what you have learned with the world! This program will take you deeper into your destiny and teach you how to apply biblical truths to every area of life. The emphasis is on learning by doing through mission trips, evangelism training, and service opportunities. The Second Year is offered in both Day, Night and Saturday School sessions at our main campus in Kampala.
All second Year students are required to take part in a mission trip either to within Uganda or abroad. These trips give the students an opportunity in a ‘real life’ situation to experience the reality and effectiveness of what they have learned. Mission trips are frequently life-changing events and are often the means of launching students into their calling. Upon graduation, students are eligible to apply for Charis’ Third Year Program.
Note: The 2nd year can be completed only through On-campus or Hybrid programs except for students doing Continuing Education For Ministers(CEM) whose two years can be completed by online education.
